The current school population is drawn from the Withcott township, Table Top Estate, Pampas Downs, Blanchview, Helidon, Postman’s Ridge, Murphy’s Creek, and Iredale.
Students are to obey all road safety rules when walking or travelling between home and school. Adults are encouraged to model safe practices.
The pedestrian crossing outside is to be used when crossing the road. Please take the utmost care and obey the signs when using the Warrego Highway crossing.
Students riding bicycles and scooters to and from school must wear a helmet. Bike/scooter racks are located near the water tank. Students should supply their own lock for security.
Car parking is available on both sides of Biggs Road. The Crossing Supervisor controls the school crossing in the mornings and afternoons. Do not park in the bus zone or on the traffic island near the bus zone. Observe the times on all signs. Students are not to use the staff cark park entrance or to be in the staff car park. Principal permission is required for temporary or permanent use of the disabled spots in the staff cark park. Students waiting to be picked up; need to wait near the entrance closest to the crossing, as this area is supervised, unless they are meeting their ride near the music block.
A network of bus services caters for a large proportion of our students, and transports secondary students to a wide choice of schools in Toowoomba. Current bus services are provided by Bus Queensland and Premier Coaches.
