Welcome to Withcott State School

Withcott State School is a co-educational primary school with about 200 children from the preparatory year to year six. It was opened in 1984 and is located in the Lockyer Valley Regional Council and in the Darling Downs South West Region of Education Queensland. The school is situated on 5.3 hectares of landscaped undulating land, ten kilometres from the central business district of Toowoomba.

The school has built a solid reputation for delivering high quality education where students can experience success through engaging curriculum programs, a range of sporting and musical pursuits, environmental experiences and extra-curricular activities. Expectations for high standards of behaviour are communicated as we aim to create a community of learners who are respectful, responsible and resilient.

Withcott State School has modern, well maintained facilities and expansive ovals, grassed play areas, and challenging play equipment. The school has an active Parents & Citizens’ Association, as well as a uniform shop and tuckshop.

This is a  quality school, come and look for yourself.
