For some years now, the P&C has operated a Voluntary Contribution Scheme to assist with improvement projects to school facilities that serve to enhance school life for students at the school. The P&C understands families may find it difficult to give of their time with working bees and volunteer activities on a regular basis.
After careful consideration we have opted to narrow fundraising efforts down to 1 fundraising project per term and in lieu of families unable to attend or contribute towards these projects we ask you to consider paying an annual Voluntary Contribution to the P&C of $50 per child per year up to a total of $100 per family per year. For as little as $50 your family can make a huge difference to the services and facilities at Withcott State School.

When you arrange school uniforms for your children there will be a section on the uniform shop forms to include a Voluntary Contribution Scheme payment. Please consider this when arranging your child’s uniform.
